Making A Purchase By purchasing from our store you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payments via Paypal and Nochex. You will be transferred to their sites to make payment. These are both easy and secure methods of paying with a credit card whether you have an account with them or not. If you have a Paypal or Nochex account you can also pay from your bank account or Paypal/Nochex balance.
Nochex payments via credit card appear on your statement as 'Nochex',
Overseas customers can only use Paypal.
We have no access to your credit card information.
You will receive an email acknowledging your order. You will also receive an email confirming dispatch. If you do not receive these emails (or a reponse from a direct email to us) please check that your mail server isn't blocking our emails.
You can select a delivery address that is different to your invoice address. We send the invoice with the order to the delivery address. If the order is a gift please let us know and we will email you the invoice address and enclose a despatch note (without prices) with the order. |
Shipping And Handling Postage and packing is free to UK and European* customers on all items except for magazines and one book.
Postage and packing is £4 to customers outside Europe
You will need to select your location on checkout. If your country is not on the list please contact us otherwise you will be charged a default postage of £10.
Magazines and one book have separate postage. The postage and packing charge for these is shown in the description of each item.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you by First Class post within two business days of your payment clearing. We will contact you by email if your order will be delayed.
If there is any general delay to order dispatch we will put a notice on the homepage.
Overseas orders are usually sent by Airmail.
Should your order not arrive within 15 working days (20 working days for European orders, 25 for other countires) please contact us. |
Back Orders Items are allocated to you when you order. But it is possible that an item that you purchased could be out of stock.
If your item is not in stock, we can back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Items marked as discontinued or limited stock cannot be backordered and will be refunded to you unless you have requested a substitute.
We will not send substitute goods unless you specifically request it. |
Tax Charges All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.
Orders from countries outside the EU will have VAT deducted at checkout.
Some countries have additional sales / import taxes on goods received from overseas. Any such taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. |
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchases please return them within 14 days for a refund.
You also have rights under the Distance Selling Regulations:
You have the right to cancel the contract between us within 14 days of receipt of your purchases.
If you cancel the contract you must return the goods and pay for their return.
If the goods are faulty we will pay for their return.
You must email us at info@robins-beads.co.uk before returning your purchases, whatever the reason. |
